Returns & Refunds Policy

At Premier Custom Packaging, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made packaging that meets your unique requirements. As all our products are made to order, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms:

1. Order Approval & Proofing

• Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval.
• It is your responsibility to review and approve all details, including size, material, color, and design.
• Once approved, no changes can be made, and the order moves to production.

2. Return Window

• You may request a return within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved proof.
• Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality or manufacturing errors.
Returns are eligible if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The order does not match the approved proof.
• Items are damaged in transit.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect order:

• Contact us within 80 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
• We Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

5. Refunds & Replacements

• If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a free replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the case.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Premier Custom Packaging.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made products with correct specifications as per the approved proof.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
